This is a piece I created from a poem I wrote:
Where's my tongue?
I never really used it.
Can't open my eyes.
Don't know if I ever have.
Maybe I've lost my mind...
Or maybe I just found it.
Where is my voice?
I think I used to have one.
But I don't think.
Let me out!
I've locked myself up.
Starving for freedom.
'Starving' was finished after going through several pieces of paper, all wasted, until I finally was happy with the finished product.
Special Note: This piece was done at age 16.
